Vynamic Engage API
What is Vynamic Engage?
Vynamic Engage, an enterprise-scale solution which allows retail chains to collect and manage customer data, design and launch different types of loyalty programs along with marketing and engagement campaigns. Additionally, the application supports retailers in achieving greater levels of customer engagement and retention. Vynamic Engage can be integrated with a 3rd party system as a standalone product.

Provides the following features: - Calculate Benefits for a Basket - determines and redetermines relevant promotional benefits for a customer based on the real-time modifications to the content or status of the basket. - Finalize Benefits for a Basket - finalizes the determined benefits for a customer. - Void Benefits for a Basket - reverts the calculated and finalized benefits for a customer. - Health Check - enables the API client to check the status of backend services. |

| Customers API | Retrieves customer details, both individuals and organizations, based on the loyalty card number or the search criteria. Enables registering new customers in the Customer service. Supports customer accounts. |
| Vouchers API | Enables retailers to manage various voucher operations, such as creating, redeeming, activating a voucher, etc. Provides details about the voucher's history. |
| Coupons API | Enables retailers to manage, retrieve and validate coupons offered to customers. |
| Segmentation API | Enables the creation and maintenance of third-party customer segments in Vynamic Engage. The VE Segmentation Service enables retailers to aggregate current and historical customer data from other services as well as group customers to separate segments based on defined criteria. |
